Hi,
To unlock a phone that is locked by a Google account, you must enter the password associated to that account. If you have forgotten the password, follow these steps to reset it.
In case the account belongs to the previous phone's owner, contact them so that they will unlock the phone for you. Unfortunately, if it is impossible contact them, CCM cannot help you further as we do not provide help to unlock mobile phones, smart watches or SIM cards.
