Unnessary asking for account verification

Hi,

If you've received a verification code from WhatsApp without requesting it, the most common cause is that someone else made a mistake in their phone number and finally uses yours.

Without the verification code sent to you, that person can't register your phone number on WhatsApp - even if they try to take your account over, no one can access it without that code.

Now, you can simply ignore the message you've received from WhatsApp and continue to use your account as usual. Don't share the code to anyone to keep your account secure!
