Hi,
Links are not clickable by default. WhatsApp implemented this limitation in order to protect their users against spam messages.
To activate the link, your recipient has to reply to your message and/or add your phone number to their contact list.
If this is already the case, your recipient should update their WhatsApp app to the latest version and set a default browser.
In case only a particular link won't get activated, then it is possible that WhatsApp think it is suspicious and deactivated it for security reasons.

It works for me and never faced this problem. See, just conducted a zoom meeting here. Are you trying to send link to someone or in WhatsApp status?
