Hi, I've been getting random BSODs for a while. It doesn't happen while I'm playing games (mostly Genshin Impact) but instead while I'm doing random stuff on the internet like watching youtube, reading ebooks, etc. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi,
To identify what cause the blue screen of death when using your web browser, open Event Viewer by pressing Windows + R on your keyboard and entering eventvwr.
In Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs > System. Look for errors that correspond to date and time when your computer crashed to find information about the BSOD.
Alternatively, you can download BlueScreenView.
Good luck
