Hi,
To identify what cause the blue screen of death when using your web browser, open Event Viewer by pressing Windows + R on your keyboard and entering eventvwr.
In Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs > System. Look for errors that correspond to date and time when your computer crashed to find information about the BSOD.
Alternatively, you can download BlueScreenView.
