Phone number not adding in facebook

Hello,

I am trying to add my phone number on Facebook there is showing issue issue like this: The phone number you are trying to verify was used to a different account But I have only one account so plz help me fix this problem

Hi,

If you only have one account, but you get a message that your phone number is already used with another account, it is possible that someone else used your number...
