Yahoo mail continues to spam a good email Closed

Hello,

For quite some time Yahoo mail has transferred a good email to spam.

I have tried everything from clicking on "Not Spam" and tried transferring these emails from spam to the inbox and they continue to go to spam.

I need a fix, or I need to find another email program. This is unnecessarily frustrating.

Appreciate any help.

Hi,

I suggest you to try adding the sender's email address of those emails in your contacts. Yahoo should no longer send them to spam then.

Click the Contacts icon, select All > Add a new contact. Alternatively, open one of those emails, hover the sender's info and click Add to contacts.

Otherwise, you can create a filter to move all emails from that sender in your inbox. Go to Settings > All settings > Filters > Add new filters and set a rule containing the email address of the sender.
