How can I disable this log appearing in chats on my iPhone ?

(Missed call / Voice call...)

Hi,

It seems that you cannot prevent these messages from appearing in your chat. They appear each time you (or your contact) initiate a call.

However, you should be able to delete these messages by making a long press and selecting them all to delete them at once.
