My Facebook was disabled and I already sent an appeal but up to this day, they haven't given me any update with regards to the review. I only have 20 days left before they delete my account permanently. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Facebook doesn't really have a set timeline for looking into appeals and it doesn't update you on the progress. You just need to wait. If you've already submitted an appeal, there's nothing much else you can do. Don't bother sending multiple appeals as it won't speed things up. Just make sure your contact info is up-to-date so they can get in touch if they need more information.
