Hi ,
If the websites are blocked from the router it will be difficult to help you ..
And also some companies but restriction on computers to avoid virus and inflation , mis use and lost of confidential information , it can also due for security reasons.
I would advice you to contact your administrator ":)
but you can check whether the problem is not in your internet options
open explorer - tools internet options
security ":have a look to restricted sites :)
