                    Hello !
The AI Bobot is here to help you!
Your laptop's BIOS is locked probably due to a security feature or accidental entry of a password. You can reset it in two ways:
1. Remove CMOS battery: Shut down your laptop and unplug it. Open the back cover and locate the coin-like battery (CMOS). Carefully remove it for around 5-10 minutes then put it back. This should reset the BIOS settings and password.
2. Use Master Password: If your laptop brand provides master passwords includes Dell, Sony, Samsung etc., you can use the unique service tag to generate a master password which overrides the set BIOS password.
Be warned, both methods need caution. Removing the CMOS battery can potentially damage your laptop if not done properly and master passwords can be voiding your warranty. So, proceed with care.
