How do i put on my bluetooth?

Hello,
my inspiron 1525 (windows vista) came in french, i formatted it and changed the lang to english. evrything works except the bluetooth. the problem is i dont know whether it worked before. i followed some useful instructions from u guys and installed it from my service cd but i cant put it on, it appears in my program files but not in my control panel. is it correctly installed and if it is how do i put it on?

Hi,

First of all make sure that you have install the driver correctly, if yes you should see you bluetooth device in your program files or on your desktop.



For using your blue you must after all activate it..

Click on start programs:


You bluetooth device should appear in your program list.

click on it and activate the bluetooth . a icon will appear on your taskbar.


right click and activate . it will turn to blue :)

thanks for reply though there is a little problem i see it in my startup programs n it says '' bluetooth start up shortcut'' i right click it and it opens a list of options. there is nothing like ''activate'' here though i see ''run as administrator'', ''open'' etc i click them n nothing happens.wat am i to do?
