I cannot remember my password and so I am trying to change it, but my recovery information cell number is outdated so I cannot get a code. I have been trying to get help for a week. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to any other recovery option, such as an alternate email address, I'm afraid that recovery won't be possible.
