Hi,
When creating an account on Yahoo - or on any other service - you're deemed to have accepted the applicable Terms of Service.
For Yahoo, it is stated that accounts may be closed without notice in certain cases, namely due to inactivity or a violation of Yahoo's Terms.
If your account is no longer recognized by Yahoo and if the Sign-in Helper doesn't recognize it either - by following the recovery steps, then there's nothing much you can do to get it back unfortunately.
Note that CCM has no connection with Yahoo and we can't do anything about that. The only solution would be to create a new account...
