Key board problems

i am having a problems with my keyboard. i first noticed that when i press the left shift key it types x and the right shift key types W. 

then i noticed that i am not able to type email addresses because i cannot type the at sign

finally any time i type the letter b it opens up the Windows help and support window

i am using an old laptop with windows 8.1

i would appreciate any suggestions, i have tried a feW fixes that i found online, but none have workes
