Hi, I saw that I can use Pretendo without hacking my Wii U, but I have to change my Nintendo Network ID. Can I transfer data from my current ID to a Pretendo Network ID? Is there a risk of losing my current ID if I create a Pretendo Network ID? Thank you for your answers

Hi,
If you create a Pretendo Network ID, your current Nintendo Network ID won't be deleted - they're separate accounts. However, it is recommended to remove your Nintendo ID from your Wii U before switching to your Pretendo ID, especially if you'd like to use the same username.
In order to create your account on Pretendo, fill out this form. You can also create your account directly on your Wii U once Pretendo is installed.
To transfer your games data, you can find the instructions on Pretendo's website, in the section "Transferring save data to your Pretendo Network account".
Hope that helps.
PS: Looks like we both have an issue with our keyboards!

Thank you for your answer :)
Why is it recommended to delete my current Nintendo ID to create a Pretendo ID? (I will use another ID)
For the data I think I will wait, I will use the "SSSL" method (without hack)
I saw for the keyboard ;)

You can keep your Nintendo ID - don't delete it. To avoid conflicts if your Pretendo ID has the same username, simply log out from your Nintendo ID on the Wii U. But as in your case you'll use a different username, you don't need to log out.

Hi,
This is what I did with my brother's Wii U, but once mk8 started, the following message appeared: "An error has occurred". Why ?
