Hello,

I'm having a major issue with my Samsung A52. I bought it last year, and now every time I try to install the solar system calculator app from the Play Store, the phone freezes. This app is crucial for my work in solar energy, and it's frustrating that my older Samsung A34 runs it without any problems.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues or know how to fix this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Perhaps restarting your Samsung A52 and then emptying the app's cache and data would fix the problem.
  2. Try updating your system or removing and reinstalling the solar system calculator app if the problem continues.
  3. Contact the app's developer or Samsung's support team if you continue to experience issues after trying the aforementioned solutions.
