I cant get my mp3 songs go on my mp3 player o

Hello,I'm Eric and I can't get my songs to go on my mp3 player or play them.

hi,

you should connect it to your computer, make sure that the memory is not full.

right-click on the mp3 player icon and then select properties, this will give you the memory status of the player.

if it is full, delete some musics then add new ones.
