No video blues

Hello, i have recently uninstalled a web cam and since then cant play any videos... i always get i dont have a flash player or my java is turned off.... i have installed the latest flash player and java is on ... i am at a loss plz hlp

try to do a system restore to restore your computer to an earlier settings.

>start

>all programs

>accessories

>system tools

>system restore
