My account its disabled

Hello,

My account is still operating on Facebook however I cannot log on.

I received a message a few weeks ago saying did you request to change your email I said no I did not.. they said they would send a code but the email they listed was not mine so I said no that is not me.

After that I can no longer log on and told account disabled.
