Factory imiage. Closed

Question

I need help here. i cannot reset my dell back to factory image and i have tried everything..... like holding f8 on boot up, tapping f8 on boot up, pressing alt and f11 beofre startup and after... but i think it may be from me going from vista to xp.... but if you can help Thanks!

.... you know what.... it didn't work lol. i tried it and all that came up was the advanced boot menu.
so if you can tell me any other way.

Btw i downgraded from vista to xp and if there is a driver that makes it reset i may not have it seeing as i don't have every driver.
