Hello,
When I used excel to calculate the percentage of two figure and when I used calculator to re-check the figure, it differs thou I limit it to 2 decimal. For example: 54,134.07/231,076.80 = 23.4% but when you use the calculator to calculate: 231,076.80 x 23.4%, you will get some other figure, not 54,134.07. What is the formula or command to use in excel, so taht it tally with the caluculator figures when someone is checking it?

Hi Chin Fong
To get accurate results increase the decimal points of the %. In excel, when you get 24.7% it is not just 24.7%.
Do one thing in excel also try the calculation 231,076.80 x 23.4% by manually inputting these two figures and then compare it with results by using a calculator
