Installation problem

Hello,
friend.....i installed windows xp prof. sp2... i downloaded driver software for tat from compaq website... while ending of installation i have a error msg that the computer does not meed the minimum requirements for installation this software... plsssssssssss. any one help me.......

while downloading the drivers have u checked that which version u r downloading its for xp or other os

its a latest version...pl help me friend... its asked oly either xp,2000 or vista...oly...which version friend...i cant get any now.. pl ... say clearly my friend...

Which driver is causing this problem ? Are you sure that the driver is one needed ?

no one device did installed... i downloaded lot of softwares... but no use... i went for tat devmgmt.msc also...no use... i cant find which prob i'm having now... can u help me now

the sp36090.exe could not install... while ending of installation i have a error lik this..."the contents of this file cannot be unpacked. the executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verifty its integrity, and try again..".... pls help me...

That means that the file is corrupt. Try to download it again.

i downloaded this file from many websites... all said the same error...

That happends for all the executable files or just this one ?
