Umm, that's rare but make sure you are clicking on the right Removable Disk. Good Luck :)

Actually i were you i would go back and tell them to change
There is only one removable disk & i am clicking on that one but then they show that message "please insert a drive".do u find any solutions for this???????what may be the excat problem?????

Then try to plug your pen drive on another computer and see if it works.
I have done that too then also it's not working......In that computer also it is showing the same message "please insert a disk into the drive "..........what shall i do next to solve this problem????

If you are not worried about the files on that pen drive, try to format it. If you can't t, then sorry, I don't know.
