Hello,
Actually I have purchase samsung star mobile, I also have installed softwere in my pc but the problem is my mobile (samsung star) is not connecting with my PC so please give me necessary solution.

I had the same problem too. but then I found out how to connect my mobile to the pc. But for this method, you will need a memory card on your mobile as I have found out only how to connect my memory card with the pc. Here's what u do:
1.In your mobile, go to Menu, then Settings, then Phone settings.
2.Scroll down to Pc connections.
3.Select "Mass storage" option.
