Hello,
I forgot my hotmail password and the secret answer and the alternate e-mail i changed my password and i dont remember it and i have alot of important emails related to my work please advice with any solutions it's very important

All you will have to do to get your account back you will have to contact hotmail support,

Just follow this link:

https://outlook.live.com/owa/

Just send all the information about you and they will respond to you!
