Probem of i shuffle

Hello,
i had a 1 gb i shuffle n i dnt hav the cd n whn i connecting to the computer thr is a new folder which is nto gettnig opened n whn i put few in tht after tth whn i took out frmo the computer n the light is glowing which means it doesnt hav ny song so plese el me hw to get rid of this prob?

Dear Sir,

To transfer data to your ipod you will have to install itunes!

This software will allow you to transfer music to your ipod, the way u did isn't the proper one

Download itunes:
