To Increase AWCC GPRS Speed Closed

A message  just been deposited in the concierge.

Here is the problem as it was described :
I am using the bluetooth local area connection

it speed is 1mpbs how can i change or speed up it up to 10 mpbs.
please help me.
or my download speed is

Dear sir,

The Local area connection speed is only the internal speed from your phone to your pc,

You will have to call your network provider for this issue if you are experiencing low connection speed
