How do i get youtube to work?

Hello, every time i try to install adobe it say's to turn firefox off so i do. and i try it again and it again and it say's to turn firefox off still! I have went under tolls and set all the seting to the right one and even down loaded javascript and it still dont work! I NEED HELP PLEASE!

hi,

update the version of firefox and then try again.

this should fix the problem.
