Question

i hv problm in connecting the usb it says to insert a disk in drive h & i i cant open anybody plz help me out. before and all ihv not faced tis problm.

Hello there,

Please Right Click on My Computer, 

Select Manage, Click on the Disk Management,

Try to locate your USB flash drive there, change the Letter path ( Example F: change to G: )

Then try to format it if it's asked
