No XP disk , and lost administrator password

Hello, I need some assistance, finding my lost Windows XP password.
It is the Administrator password, and I just got this new windows Xp, so there is no other user name on the system to try and login to.

I have tried several things...including command prompt. It doesn't work at all.
And the ctrl alt delete thing, doesn't work for me either. Yes I do do them right, but it still doesn't work, and I really need some help with this.

Someone please help me!

The only way is to figure out the **** password, and get in.
Then, change the administrator password when you get back in.
