Administrator password forgotten

Hello, i am using macOS high sierra
really i changed the user name yesterday by entering with the administrator user name and password, after that the standard account i wanna change was not changed but the administrator password changed and now i can not enter to make any change


System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 89.0.4389.82
