Server access denied to download(websense)

Hello,
1.my college has a web sense it don't allow us to download any thing like .exe , .zip , .rar , .avi
2.and it also not allowed to download any file beyond 50 mb size
first one i have solved
but for second one i need help

go to the link and download the software may be the software is about 100kb but it works perfect
no firewall can block this software i already test this software undertstand when you run this software then you can open every site ok
