Ares does not work

Hello,
MY ARES WHICH IVE USED FOR AGES AS SUDENLY STOPPED WORKING,AND I CANNOT DELETE THE FILES I WAS DOWN LOADING OR CANCLE THEM AND WHEN IVE TOOK THE PROGRAMME OUT OF MY COMPUTER AND THEN PUT IT BACK IN AGAIN THE SAME FILES ARE THERE AND AGAIN NOTHING WORKS PLEASE CAN YOU HELP BOBSNUTS

Hye there,

Go in control panel, Open your firewall settings,

Just try to see if the firewall is blocking ares, if so,

Just add ares program to exception list

Try windows update, It worked for me.
