I have the same printer, i always download the software driver from the HP support website
Just follow this link to download:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3423841&taskId=135&prodTypeId=15179&prodSeriesId=3423840&submit.y=4&submit.x=12&lang=en&cc=us
Please select your operating system and language then download and install to your pc!
