I cant conect to friends when they invite me

Hello,
I cant connect to some of my friends online and im not sure why....its not just something that happens every couple of weeks it happens anytime he invites me or i invite him..ive talked to my friends and it happens them to.. can youy please help me..thanks

I will advise you to re-install the messenger you are using!
