I had the same problem... and I turned on my Windows firewall and was then able to get onto sites as hotmail and facebook. You'll find your security settings for your PC in control panel.s

When you open up your Internet, and it is set to Google (Maybe anything will get this message), there is the message that error 400 has occurred. I found in Add/Remove Programs that there is a MSN Toolbar program. I deleted it and my problem went away. I don't know if this is with everybody. I just know it was with me and the problem was solved in XP Pro.
last 3 or 4 days from now while I am opening any wed site it is not opening and showing HTTP 404 not found can you please how to solve this problum
