Hello,
i have a problem with my g-drive it can't be seen in mycomputer and i'm to use pendrives and all like removable disks. as i'm facing a lts of problem with my pc i have to format my pc. as i'm unable to use my g-drive i'm unable to format my pc. so, please kindly give me a good solution so that i can solve my problem.

hi,
turn off your computer and unplug it from the mains supply.
open the case and check if the driver is properly connected.
make sure that both the IDE and the power cables are connected to the motherboard.
try to change the IDE cable and then try again.
