Downloaded files go straight to temporary fol

Hello,
When I download files it doesn't give me a destination and sends them automatically to a Tempoary folder. When I search for the temporary files and I can't find them. This problem occured a couple months ago but before then it worked fine.

Dear Sir,

You should change the download destination of these files,

Just go in your internet explorer settings, Tools options

Just change the path there
