Stuck on 3rd update, keeps shutting down (N)

Hello,

mines stuck, i'm not good with computers at all, but i guess reading all these helped a little. mines stuck on the 3rd update on 0% then shuts down again and again and again, all these things you lot have posted and i've read, they havn't worked, or maybe i'm just not sure what your talking about. I tried to go into safemode it just goes back to the update screen, some people say download this and that... but how can i, if i'm stuck on the update? am i missing something?

well, erm hopefuly somebody will help me out.
