Hi,
if your computer restart it can be because of the following reasons :
1 : System files has been damage or erase
2: A virus causing the problem
3: Power problem
4: Mother board problem.
So try to solve 1 by 1 :
Try to install a fresh copy of windows.. and have a complete check up of your computer .
