Problem With HP Officejet Pro L7780

Hello,

I had one printer for a year. I have hardly used it because of business travel. About 20 days after the one-year warranty expired, I could not get my printer to copy or scan. I call HP for help and they just want to sell me a refurbished model or a new model. I am disappointed that HP isn't standing behind its product. Similar to Microsoft, it apparently ships its products with defects and then does not help you when problems develop.

Any suggestion?

hi,

it may be due to the fact that you didnt used the printer for quite a while.

if HP does not want to support you, you will have to buy a new one.

or get it repaired at a repair centre.
