Automaticaly shutdown

Hello,

While working suddenly i got the below message

*Problem has been detected windows has been shutdown to prevent the damage*

I have also installed original anti virus .

I am using dell laptop. vastro.

hi,

this may be due to a software/hardware incompatibility.

if you have recently installed any software/hardware, remove them.

or this may be a driver issue, update your drivers.
