Laptop Restarting.

Hello,

My friend was Messaging on his laptop when it started messing up and restarting itself. I'm not sure what brand it is exactly i haven't been able to talk to him yet. Any ideas that could probably help?

hi,

it may be that the laptop shut down because of over heating.

make sure that the air outlet is not blocked by dusts.
