Hello, my computer laptop crashed and wont load to the log on screen and sows me blue screen and shuts off

hi,

this may be due to several problems.

>if there is any hardware connected to the computer, remove them and then try to boot.

>this may be a RAM problem, replace them or find the faulty one.

else you will need to reinstall the wondows.
