My computer wont download

Hello,
i have a gateway computer that was put 2gether i cant download anything i tried going to the gateway site to download the latest updates but i can hear the computer clicking but nothing happens.please respond.

hi,

clear the cookies and delete the whole browsing history as well.

go to control panel > internet options

under browsing history, click delete and the delete all the browsing history.
