Regsvr.exe problem in my computer

Hello,
"Windows cannot find 'regsvr.exe'.Make sure you typed the name correctly,and then try again.To search for file,click the start button,and then click search" Some other site suggested me to do a little bit of exercise to the solver this problem and acted accordingly by searching and deleting the file regsvr.exe but the problem could not be solved. Please be kind enough to suggest me the steps by which I can get rid of the appearance of a small window depicting the above quoted problem.
