Hello, 
Please help me, while staring windows the following error appears 


                                 regsvr.exeConfiguration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Goto-> RUN-> 

Regedit->HKEY_LOCAL_MEACHINE->SOFTWARE->MICROSOFT->WINDOWS NT->CURRENT VERSION->WINLOGON->in the reght side panel u can see the key SHELL

 in that key  delete only the regsver.exe 

Press OK

Registry editing has been disabled by your dmininstraor.

Run a scan and remove infections

Download

Remove the autorun infections


That should solve the regsvr issue

Yes!
I download the first link but beacuse of corruption it doesn't run , on the other hand, I couldn't downloaded the second link.
