Can't install itunesClosed

Hello,
I have an Acerlaptop. I have successfully downloaded itunes but it will not install. the message I get is that "a program required for this install to complete could not be run." Has anyone ran into this before. What other software do you need just to install a simple download when other downloads have installed.

This is the error 1721,

This means you don't have the privilege to install software on the limited account, 

Please contact your administrator

sorry i have same message but im on admin acc.error doesnt show any error codes,just pops up at the last stage of installation, saying: "there is a problem with this wind installer package.A program required for this install to complete couldnt be run".
i checked and re-checked my Installer package, vers etc, thru cmd and etc.All is good and it installs other software.What can it be?I checked services and there are all enabled.
Any help is appreciated!Sorry for necroing topic but i couldnt find similar topics.
