Install problem

Hello,
i'm trying to install office home and student 2007 and no matter what i do full install or customized i keeps coming up error and telling me c:\DOCUME~1\PENNYM~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\Setup00000e4c\PSS10R.CHM.

hi,

make sure that the disk is free from dirt and scratches.

or try another copy of the installation CD.
