Hello, Recently the usb ports on my PC have stopped first my MP3 player would not charge now none of them work
I only have a usb mouse and have despite unpluging and rebooting and even unplugging PC from power it still will not work. I am now trying to start my computer in safe mode or get into the bios but the F8 button has no effect
the computer boots up OK and the keyboard is working I think because the homepage button works but I amstumped on what to do to fix this. Can anyone help and I am a complete inept when it comes to all things computer so please make it an easy step by step guide I have reached the limit of the little savvy I have.
Hopefully some one will take pity and help.
